These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.
The Connected Degree 2+2 Curriculum
Delaware Tech's Computing and Information Science program provides students with the foundational computing, analytical, communication, collaborative, and mathematics skills at the associate degree level for transfer to a bachelor's degree institution to earn a degree in preparation for a career in computer-related fields. Graduates will have the fundamental skills necessary to design computing and information technology solutions so that they are prepared to be successful upon transfer to a bachelor?s degree program. Rowan University's Bachelor of Science degree program in Computer Science will help students master all aspects of software engineering, learn computer and network principles and technologies, and develop the versatility one needs to adapt in this fast evolving field. As a Computer Science major students can specialize in a particular area of study such as software engineering, cybersecurity, networking and operating systems, information technology, programming languages, and artificial intelligence. The program will also prepare students for graduate study in Computer Science and related fields. Rowan's Bachelor of Science in Computer Science provides a broad foundation for students interested in a variety of computer-based careers, ranging from software development to information technology.
