Delaware Tech has established agreements with four-year colleges and universities that connect Delaware Tech associate degree programs with bachelor's degree programs to create smooth transfer opportunities for you. These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.

The Connected Degree 2+2 Curriculum

Delaware Tech's Computing and Information Science program provides students with the foundational computing, analytical, communication, collaborative, and mathematics skills at the associate degree level for transfer to a bachelor's degree institution to earn a degree in preparation for a career in computer-related fields. Graduates will have the fundamental skills necessary to design computing and information technology solutions so that they are prepared to be successful upon transfer to a bachelor's degree program. University of Delaware's Bachelor of Science degree program in Computer Science Major and Cybersecurity Minor provides a strong technical education in software development, computer systems, computational applications and computational theory. By selecting appropriate technical electives students can specialize in Cybersecurity. Defending against cyber attacks requires highly trained specialists. The cybersecurity minor provides students with an opportunity to infuse cybersecurity fundamentals into the computer science degree program.
