These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.
The Connected Degree 2+2 Curriculum
Delaware Tech's associate degree program in Criminal Justice provides career education for employment or career advancement in public and private criminal justice organizations. Graduates are prepared to practice careers in law enforcement and related services, corrections, counseling and case management. In addition the program provides students the foundation for transfer to public and private institutions to complete the requirements for a bachelor's degree. Wilmington University's Bachelor of Science degree program in Organizational Management (BSOM) is a unique degree completion program designed to meet the educational needs of working adults with some college credits from accredited institutions or from work or military experience. The program is conducted in a condensed time frame with an instructional schedule tailored to accommodate busy lifestyles. The program will help students develop the relevant skills needed to manage organizations in today's job market. Students will develop strong communication and leadership skills and develop an ethical approach to business and life.
