Your Path to a Bachelor's Degree
Delaware Tech has established agreements with four-year colleges and universities that connect Delaware Tech associate degree programs with bachelor's degree programs to create smooth transfer opportunities for you. These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.
The Connected Degree 2+2 Curriculum
Delaware Tech's nationally accredited associate degree program in Emergency Medical (Paramedic) prepares students to provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care under medical command authority to acutely ill or injured patients. Graduates are prepared to recognize, assess, and manage a medical or trauma emergency, record and communicate pertinent data to designated medical command authority, and direct and coordinate the transport of the patient and will be eligible to sit for the National Registry Examination. Employment opportunities exist in a variety of emergency medical settings. Wilmington University's degree completion program in Health Sciences is for Allied Health practitioners who have earned an Associate's Degree with an Allied Health concentration. This degree is intended for students who have an interest in healthcare roles which provide managerial, educational, and/ or clinical expert direction as well as attracting those students on a pathway toward graduate study. The Health Sciences program intends to stimulate continued professional development and advancement toward graduate education.
