Delaware Tech has established agreements with four-year colleges and universities that connect Delaware Tech associate degree programs with bachelor's degree programs to create smooth transfer opportunities for you. These Connected Degree programs enable you to complete your associate degree and then transfer to a four-year degree program as a junior.

The Connected Degree 2+2 Curriculum

Delaware Tech's associate degree program in Human Services provides career education for those interested in working with community service programs, providing individual and group counseling services, and developing human relations skills for working with individuals with diverse backgrounds. Graduates may be employed with governmental agencies or private firms or may continue their education at the bachelor's degree level. Wilmington University's Government and Public Policy program prepares graduates to advance in a wide variety of industries including public interest, government and non-profit organizations. Students gain the skills necessary to play a key role in developing and implementing policies in areas such as the environment, energy, healthcare, poverty, transportation, education, consumer protection and economic development.
